This is the season of mangoes. Mangoes which is known by its’ scientific name “Mangifera Indica” has its unique taste and unique nutritional value. If you have excess mangoes this summer, here are some of the best remedies to get the best out of you. This summer fruit is best known for its nutritional value which is good for skin as well as for human body. This fruit is full of vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin C, B vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, fiber, protein etc. We can call this a nutrition bomb because of this nutritional composition. Vitamin A and potassium composition of mango is a good moisturizer in which it helps to secure the moisture inside the skin, vitamin C and B vitamins help collagen production and thereby avoid fine lines and will rejuvenate the skin.

If your skin feels tired, mixing grinded oats, almond and mangoes together to make a fine paste and applying it on the face will give you a refreshing skin.
