Avocado! A must in daily routine

Avocado is a fleshy fruit that has a big seed in the middle of the fruit. This can be known as a nutrition bomb which includes antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and potassium. Some says that avocado contains fat and they believe that consuming avocado will increase the fat composition in the body while increasing the risk of heart diseases. But now, the doctors assure that avocado only contains good fat which is known as monounsaturated fatty acids which is a good form of fat that has the impact of reducing the risk of heart diseases. This is not the only benefit we can take from avocados. Prevention from osteoporosis, cancer prevention, providing of healthy skin and hair, improved eye sight, anti-microbial properties are some of the benefits from avocado. In 100g of avocado, it contains 160 calories, 15g of fat (2.1g of saturated fat, 1.8g of polyunsaturated fat, 10g of monounsaturated fat) 0mg of cholesterol, 7mg of sodium, 485 mg of potassium, 9g of carbohydrate, and 2g of protein.

Rich Potassium, lecithin, vitamin B and vitamin E composition in avocado provides a deep moisture to the skin. The outermost layer has the capability of absorbing all these nutrients to the skin and is making the path to build a moisture within the skin. This will remove skin flaking and skin dryness. The best pack is the applying of mashed avocados on the face or any part of the skin and leave it for about 15-20 minutes to absorb all the nutrients to the skin. In 100g of avocado there is there is 16% of vitamin C which has the capability of avoiding the skin from harmful UV rays. Not only this, avocado has the capability of avoiding damage cause to the skin due to sun burns. A good and thick mixture of avocado, two to three table spoon of milk, tea spoon of honey will avoid the problem of sun burns. What you have to do is, applying this thick paste on the affected area and remove it after leaving it for about 20 minutes. Avocado is good anti-aging treatment too. Vitamin E and antioxidants in avocado will protect your skin from wrinkle formation. Free radical activity is the main reason for skin aging. Antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin will slow down and prevent the anti-aging.  Avocado and oats can be mixed until it becomes a fine paste and can apply it on the face to avoid anti-aging

When we have tired eyes, what we have used to do is placing pieces of cucumber on the eyes. Just try leaving slices of avocado on the eyes to gain the benefits which is more than the benefits given by placing cucumber on eyes. Avocado is the best ingredient to be used as a skin cleanser. Chopping egg whites and avocado slices until it becomes a cream like paste can be applied on the face to remove all the impurities on the skin. This will be the best remedy to open pores. If you have a frizzy hair, try to make the mixture of avocado, olive oil, and egg yolk and then apply that mixture on the scalp and hair. This will try to avoid hair fizziness and will add another shine to the skin while protecting the moisture in the hair.

Adding avocado in our daily diet is good because of its benefits. But going overboard is not good. You can have half of avocado per day or you can eat one avocado per day and this is the maximum number of avocados you can take. If you have a busy life style just go for beauty products made up with natural avocado. That will be the best remedy to gain the goodness of avocado to the skin while dealing with the busy schedule.
